Lulu

Lulu (pig) Arrived 24th March 2018

At 3 weeks old, Lula was found on the side of a road with a fractured tibia in her left rear leg. She needed urgent medical treatment and was taken to Murdoch’s Animal Hospital. While Lula’s leg healed she had to be confined to a small space to prevent her from using  her leg too much while it healed. After three weeks we increased her space in increments as her leg improved.

Lula made a full recovery, running around Pig Paradise like nothing happened! She still resides in her own separate enclosure as she is too small to join the other pigs, but she is making friends through the fence. Very soon she will be able to join one of the droves of swine.

Would you like to help us to take care of Lulu?  One off donations and sponsorship gifts are available now to support our work.
