Banjo

Banjo (goat) Arrived: 7 April 2017

Gorgeous Banjo was picked up from the Armadale pound back in early April. He had been found wandering in a rural area of the town. With no ear tags, his owner was unable to be identified.

The young goat was in poor physical condition, and his  little ears appeared to have been badly mauled and torn by an another animal (we assume a dog). He was taken to our vet for immediate treatment.

Banjo’s ears have healed nicely, and this sweet boy is settling into his new home at Happy Hooves. Currently he shares a yard with young friends; fellow kid Jasper, and the lambs Joey, Jasmine and Oliver. When he is old enough he will join the herd of over 20 goats here at the Sanctuary, where I’m sure he’ll make many more friends.

Would you like to help us to take care of BANJO?  One off donations and sponsorship gifts are available now to support our work. Thank you for caring about farm animals.
