***UPDATE***

This lucky little man has found a wonderful home in Mokine, with lots of other animal friends to play with and caring humans who can’t wait to give him all the love he deserves.  Thank you Francine & Sean for taking him in – please give him a cuddle for me! xx

This call for help comes from a farming family in Hyden – they have a beautiful little orphaned boy that needs a home. They will be traveling to Perth on Monday (14th Nov) so can drop the little guy off on this day if you live in Perth region. Lamb needs to find a home by then as the family will be going away on extended travel and will not be able to care for him. This little man must go to a loving FOREVER home – please only inquire if you are wanting a pet lamb to love and make part of your family. (lawn-mowing services an added bonus 🙂 You will also need to be knowledgeable in hand raising lambs and giving them extended care throughout their life.

Please contact Maree on gawok@me.com if you would like to know more.

Subject: The lamb that needs a home!

Hello Maree,
My daughter helped us rescue this lamb and hopes you can help find him a loving home.

She says:
“My Mum and I rescued this little lamb earlier this week, I would love to keep him but I can’t. When we rescued him, his Mum was already very weak because there is not enough feed out here for a little lamb at this time of the year. The farmer who owns his Mum says if he was not taken away from his Mum now, there would be two dead sheep by January, and that made me very sad. He is almost three weeks old, he loves cuddles, he is a SAMM cross Merino, and he has been de-sexed.

He is a little champ, he has taken to bottle feeding very easily, and he is already following me everywhere. I am a 12 year old girl, and I have been his ‘Mum’ for about four days but because there is not enough green feed for him, I need to find him a good home. He needs a name, and I think he will make a wonderful pet.”
