**UPDATE**

This update was sent via the Desperate Pets email group – what a wonderful outcome!

Thanks for all the help and the thoughts. In spite of the foreboding and doom and gloom we got from vets and the like; with your help we have managed to re-home Spatz and Kiwi and they take up their new residence tomorrow in a quiet suburb moving in with another cat; so we are relieved but still very sad to part from them after 15 years as their humble servants.

Best Regards

THESE TWO BOYS ARE DUE TO BE EUTHANIZED ON FRIDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER. I need your help to save them. Even if YOU can’t home them, PLEASE send this email on to everyone you know and ask them to send it on as well. Please see details below. The APS are not able to take them.

Dear Folks

My wife and I have been trying to re-home our two cats and have put the following notice around the place – so far without success. We have been advised that your organization may be able to help us? We have to have them out of the house before they get upset by the removals which start on 3rd September.

Can You Give Us a Good Home?
We are two brothers whose owners are having to return to UK in September.
We are both 15 years old and the 6 months quarantine and long air journey would be too much stress for us now. We did the quarantine and air trip when we came out here 5 years ago and we really did not like it. We insist on staying together of course as we still play on the lawn most days.

We are both neutered and have trained our owners very well – allowing them cuddles at appropriate times, we are clean and healthy, and we usually let them know when it is meal time and when it is bed time.

We come with full kit of toilet trays, food plates, travel boxes etc.

To see if we like you – please call 9439 6192

Thank You

Thanks in hope.
